- Description
- The Department of the Navy intends to issue a solicitation, Request for proposal (RFP) under N62473-11-R-3613, for portable toilet services at Naval Facilities Engineering Command (NAVFAC) Southwest (SW), Resident Officer In Charge of Contracting (ROICC) Office, Yuma, Arizona, on or about 16 August 2010. The contractor shall provide all necessary labor, supervision, equipment, supplies, and materials to support portable toilets services on the Marine Corps Air Station (MCAS), Yuma, Arizona. The proposed period of performance includes a base period of twelve months (01 October 2010 through 30 September 2011) and four (4) one-year option periods (extending through 30 September 2015), exercised at the unilateral right of the government. Award is contemplated as 100% small business set aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 562991 with a size standard of $7 Million. This acquisition will be procured pursuant to the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures, In accordance with FAR Clause 52.237-1 Site Visit, a Site Visit is scheduled for 18 August 2010 at 8:00AM MST at the Main Gate “ MCAS, Yuma, AZ. All potential offerors are reminded that in accordance with FAR 52.204-7, Central Contractor Registration (CCR), lack of registration in the CCR will make an offeror ineligible for contract award. Offerors may register online at http://www.ccr.gov. Additional information or postings will be posted for viewing on FedBizOpps at https://www.fbo.gov/. NOTE: It is the responsibility of all potential offerors to monitor these sites for release of any future notices and/or release of the solicitation and amendments thereto.
