Description

10-247-00081 (RFQ) Planmeca Brand Name or Equal. This purchase for 'Brand Name or Equal' of commercial items received approval as required in FAR 11.104(b) and 13.501(a) (1) (ii). The identified Planmeca ProSensors, Ethernet and supporting warranty, installation and training will support and compliment the recently procured Planmeca Promax Panograph system funded by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA). The Ft Duchesne Dental Clinic's minimum need is to procure and configure a state-of-the art, commercial, dental system that is designed to be fully integrated within itself promoting continuity within the existing system, elimination or minimization of future system upgrade conflict and most important - quality patient care. The remote location of the clinic and sparse local service activities necessitate the need for both telephonic support within two hours and the capability for remote access to the unit and software. The telephonic support shall be complimented with a 24 hour site visit response capability.
