- Description: Work includes: Cleaning of asphalt surfaces, placement of tack coat, haul and placement of asphalt, compaction of asphalt, traffic control and all mobilization of workers, materials, equipment and supplies. ***ESTIMATED ISSUE DATE OF SOLICITATION electronically in Federal Business Opportunities is AUGUST 27, 2010.*** The Contractor shall furnish the necessary personnel, material, equipment, services and facilities (except as otherwise specified), to perform the Statement of Work/Specifications. Project area is located in Lane County on the Willamette National Forest. The Government's Estimate is between $25,000 and $100,000. This proposed procurement listed herein is Unrestricted Competition per FAR 19.10 The Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. Estimated start work date is SEPTEMBER 27, 2010 with an anticipated performance time of 30 days.
