- This amendment is posted to provide additional information based on a Site Visit held at Badlands: 1. NPS will provide space next to site for smaller trailer to store tools and equipment.2. Run of wire measurement to generator is approximately 205 feet.3. Contractors may camp in the park at their expense and must make arrangements in the Cedar Pass Campground.4. Park Staff will connect fuel source to generator.5. There is 4 and 2 inch conduit already installed in the slab supporting generator outside the North perimeter of the support slab.6. Alkaline soils plastic wiring should be used in the conduits. Wiring must support a full 800 Amp load.7. The government will re-seed the areas as long as the contractor brings areas back to existing grades.8. The contractor is responsible for locates. The NPS will assist with locating their own utilities based on an on-site request by the contractor.9. As long as the contractor brings all areas back to existing grade NPS will seed the area.11. If Contractor wishes, they can locate the ATS on a contractor provided slab near the WRE transformer. ATS must be compatible with Generac brand generator. There are no other changes to the solicitation, and the response date remains the same.
