- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The U.S. Army, 409th Contracting Support Brigade (409th CSB), Theater Contracting Center (ECC-E), Unit 23152, APO AE 09227-3142, intends to procure nonpersonal services for Teacher and Facilitator for the Relocation Readiness Program, Army Community Services (ACS) in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). This synopsis/solicitation is issued under full and open competition as a Firm Fixed Price contract. It is a Request for Quote and the number assigned is W912CM-10-T-0308. The Performance Work Statement (PWS) can be found as an attachment to this solicitation. All interested parties shall provide the U.S. Government with a price quote not later than 20 August 2010 at the 1500 hours. All price quotes shall be emailed to Karin Price at email address: karin.price1@eur.army.mil. All prospective contractors shall also fill in FAR 52.212-3 Offerors Representations and Certifications, Commercial Items.
