- Description: PLATE, INLET PORT Goodrich (99551) P/N 2495132 READINESS WEDGE THIS IS A NAVY IDENTIFIED CRITICAL SAFETY ITEM. THIS IS A CRITICAL APPLICATION ITEM WITH CONFIGURATION CONTROL. This is for a firm fixed price contract. Required quantity is 120 each. FOB Origin with inspection and acceptance at origin. Quantity variance is zero. Solicitation will be issued as unrestricted, on the basis of other than full and open competition procedures in accordance with FAR Part 12. The NSN is 2995-01-139-7070, PR 0022687527. Delivery requirement is 200 days. Specifications or plans related to the procurement described are NOT available at DSCR. This solicitation is subject to the World Organization Government Procurement Agreement and Free Trade Agreements. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. ORCA ELECTRONIC ANNUAL FAR REPRESENTATIONS AND CERTIFICATIONS SHALL BE COMPLETED AT http://orca.bpn.gov, FAR Provision 52.204-8 is included in the solicitation. Effective June 1, 1998, in order to receive an award, regardless of dollar value, you must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR).
