- Request for Proposal SF 1449 This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with the information in FAR Subpart 12.6, using Simplified Acquisition Procedures under the test program for commercial items found at FAR 13.5, as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a written solicitation will not be issued. PAPER COPIES OF THIS SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE. The RFQ number is WHO-GEN-R-10-0102. This solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 2005-43. It is the responsibility of the contractor to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. Annual Maintenance Agreement for 31 electromechanical filing systems - Vendor shall perform any and all maintenance and repair work, necessary to keep the covered equipment in good operating condition. Period of Performance is for a Base Year and Four (4) one-year option periods. Base Year of Service is October 1, 2010 - Spetember 30, 2011.
