- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Solicitation Number is W91ZRS-10-B-0006, Invitation for Bid (IFB). The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 238220; size standard is $14M. This acquisition is reserved for small business concerns. The Government anticipates award of a firm fixed price contact. The Air National Guard requires the procurement and installation of new Air Conditioning units in building 16,26,78,19, and 17. The government requests an Air Conditioning solution that is durable, reliable, economical, energy efficient that meets all requirements of the Department of Defense (DOD), Air Force (AF) and National Guard Bureau (NGB). This requirement consists of furnishing all labor, expertise, equipment, materials, facilities, transportation, and appliances necessary to perform operations in connection with the removal, replacement, and installation of new Air Conditioning units at 103d AW. Site Visit will occur on 23 July 2010 at 0900. Please ensure that you pre-register no later than 21 July 2010, 1500 (3:00 P.M.) with the following information: Name of Organization Name of individuals attending Driver's license number Make of vehicle. Bid Opening will be held at 100 Nicholson Rd East Granby, Ct 06026 20 August 2010 at 1000 A.M. Building 24 Conference Room. The following Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and its supplements DFAR and AFAR provisions and clauses apply to this acquisition; 252.204-7004, Required Central Contractor Registration, 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors -Commercial Items, 52.212-4 Contract Terms and Conditions - Commercial Items; 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders - Commercial Items, 52.232-33 Payment by Electronic Funds Transfer. The Government anticipates award of a firm fixed price contract. To receive an award of contract the offeror must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database which can be accessed at the website http://www.ccr.gov or call Assistance Center toll free at 1-888-227-2423. Interested offerors are required to submit their representations and certifications on-line at http://orca.bpn.gov. You will need your DUNS number and CCR number in order to register to the Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) website.
