- BSM PR 0027526502. This is a Firm Fixed Price Contract solicitation for one NSN. This solicitation will consist of the following NSN: 1650-01-089-0444, Head, Linear Actuati, IAW Sikorsky Aircraft (CAGE 78286) part number 7016-08002-047. Approved sources include, Timken Aerospace Transmissions (CAGE 15152), W&G Machine (CAGE 33682), Rotair Industries (CAGE 54878), S&S Precision (CAGE 61884), and Tek Precision (CAGE 65780). FOB Destination. This is not a Critical Safety Item. It is a stock buy. Origin Inspection is required. Requested delivery is 176 days ARO or best possible for the production units. This procurement is being solicited as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside procurement. Automated Best Value System (ABVS) applies. Other Than Full and Open competition applies. Export Control and Configuration Control apply. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. A paper copy of this Solicitation will not be available to requestors. Anticipated issue date is August 27, 2010. The solicitation will be posted on DIBBS at http://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil and will close on or about September 27, 2010.
