- NSN: 5975-01-566-2826, Protector, Electrical. Purchase Request Number IQC10222009003. "Part-Numbered Item". Approved Source in Purchase Order Text (POT): Peterson Systems International Inc. (5K812): P/N YJ5-125. A QCC code of "DAB". Terms are FOB Destination, Inspection and Acceptance at Destination. Stocked Item. Requested delivery is 135 Days ARO. Solicited on a 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside basis. Solicitation will result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC). The contract will be effective for a one-year period with provisions included to extend the term of the contract up to four (4) one-year periods. The estimated annual quantity is 648 EA per contract period. The contract will include a guaranteed minimum quantity of 162 EA (base year only) and an annual maximum quantity of 972 EA. The minimum delivery order is 162 EA and the maximum delivery order quantity is 648 EA. Deliveries will be to DLA stock locations on the east and west coast. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The solicitation issue date is anticipated to be 1 September 2010. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DIBBS Website https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ on the issue date cited in the RFP.
