- The Naval Surface Warfare Center Panama City Division (NSWCPCD) intends to issue a sole source purchase order to Atlantic Video Corporation of 2866-C Dauphin St, Mobile, AL 36606 for procurement of the following commercial items: 8 each Planar #C70SPI-SLPV2 video cubes to be installed at NSWC PCD. This purchase is not suitable for full and open competition for the following reasons. These items will replace an existing video wall that consists of eight planar video cubes and associated processing and control equipment. The processing and control equipment do not require replacement. Use of the planar video cubes is required to be 100% compatible with the processing and control equipment. These video wall cubes may only be purchased through and installed by an authorized planar company. Atlantic Video Corporation is the planar designated company for this region. Additionally Atlantic Video Corporation installed the existing video wall and has the contract for video wall maintenance. Atlantic Video Corporation has complete system knowledge of the configuration of the video wall and inputs to the video wall and their locations. Atlantic Video Corporation is the only source that can perform the install such that integration will be seamless and result in less downtime for the system. The Request for Quote (RFQ) number is N61331-10-T-3510. Simplified Acquisition Procedures is the method of award for this procurement. The NAICS code is 443112 with a small business size standard of $9,000,000. The order shall be firm fixed price with the anticipated award date of August 2010. Delivery will be to the Naval Support Activity Panama City, Receiving Officer Building 100, 101 Vernon Avenue, Panama City, FL 32407-7001. Delivery terms for this requirement are FOB Destination. In order to be eligible for award firms must be registered in the Central Contractor Registry (CCR). Vendors may obtain information on registration in the CCR by calling 1-888-227-2423, or via the Internet at http://www.ccr.gov. Please note that defense payment office may not make payment unless the contractor is established to receive electronic funds transfer (EFT). EFT payments are based on the contractor's EFT information contained in the CCR database. The NSWCPC has implemented Electronic Commerce (EC) in the acquisition area.
