- THIS NOTICE IS FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTORS AWARDED IDIQ CONTRACTS FOR THIS WORK UNDER THE RESTORATION/REVEG. SERVICE CONTRACT. This ARRA project includes mixing and applying 9 acres of hydro seed, mulch, fertilizer, tack and seed and 5 acres of applying mulch to cut and fill slopes along the Anthony Lakes Road 73. Seed and mulch are government provided. Anticipated period of performance is September 27, 2010 through October 26, 2010. The resulting order shall utilize funds provided by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) of 2009. Inclusion of unique provisions required implementing the Act, including those for significant reporting and transparency requirements by the successful offeror will be required.
