- REVISED RFP WITHOUT THE 'DRAFT' WATERMARK This is modification number two (2) to the previously posted Sources Sought notice. This modification inserts data, replacing the original wording, INSERT CRITERIA BY WHICH A CONTRACTOR IS TO BE JUDGED (EXPERIENCE/CAPABILITY), with the following: The criteria by which contractors will be judged are past performance in similar size and cost magnitude commercial construction projects, and the capability to obtain up to $10 million in bonding. To a lesser extent, contractors will also be judged on whether and to what extent they have constructed LEED (environmental) projects. All other information contained within the original posting and previous modifications remain unchanged and in effect. Point of contact for this posting is: Scott F.
