- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. THIS ANNOUNCEMENT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY SOLICITATION; PROPOSALS ARE BEING REQUESTED AND A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. The solicitation number for this acquisition is W912DQ-10-R-1029 and it is being issued as a Request for Proposal. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2005-38. The RFP shall be set aside for small business, and the associated NAICS code for this project is 541410 and the business size standard is $7,000,000.00. FAR 52.212-1 does apply to this solicitation with no addenda to the provision. FAR 52.212-2 does apply to this solicitation. The evaluation criteria shall be experience, past performance, and price with experience and past performance combined being significantly more important than price.. Include with your response FAR 52.212-3 filled out completely. FAR 52.212-4 does apply to this solicitation with no addenda to the provision. FAR 52.212-1 does apply to this solicitation with the following clauses included: 52.219-6, 52.222-3, 52.222-21, 52.222-26, 52.222-35, 52.222-36, 52.232-33, 52.222-41, 52.222-42, 52.219-28, 52.222-54. COMMERCIAL INTERIOR DESIGN SERVICE The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, vehicles, supervision, and other items and services necessary to perform interior design services at the Army Corps of Engineers, Kansas City District Office. The contractor shall adhere to all local, state, and federal regulations. Any questions regarding this solicitation MUST be submitted by email to the point of contact below. In accordance with FAR 52.212-1(k), the prospective awardee shall be registered and active in the CCR database prior to award. Contractors may obtain information on registration and annual confirmation requirements via the Internet at http://www.ccr.gov or by calling (888) 227-2423 or (269) 961-5757. THE PROPOSALS SHALL BE DUE ON 19 AUGUST 2010 BY 1600 HOURS. Proposals may be sent by email to john.h.akin@usace.army.mil.
