- This notice is for informational purposes only. This notice advises that the AFNWC/PKOA, Kirtland AFB, NM intends to award a sole source purchase order to Kramer Entertainment., 3849 Lake Michigan Dr NW, Grand Rapids MI 49354-4520 for Save a Life Tour (SALT) training under the authority of FAR 6.302-1(a)(2). A determination not to compete this proposal procurement based on response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement within three (3) calendar days of this announcement. Responses are due No Later Than 16 August 2010, 11:00AM Mountain Standard Time. This notice of intent is NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTATIONS. Anticipated award date is 19 August 2010, NAICS Code is 611710 and size standards are $7.0 Million Dollars. The justification for other than full and open competition will be posted after award.
