- ****ATTENTION****FORMAL COMMUNICATION RELATED TO THIS ACQUISITION SHOULD BE DIRECTED TO Michael Haywood, Contracting Officer, via email michael.haywood1@us.army.mil or FAX 256-955-9237. No telephone requests will be accepted. PRON: D10H3936, NSN: 6020-01-249-7712, PN: MIS-38142/4, Quantity: Min 50 / Max 175 each, requirement applicable to the Patriot Missile System. F.O.B. Destination with delivery to Fort Bliss, TX. Procurement Lead-time is 60 Days. Government Tested First Article Required. Procurement Lead-time with Government Tested First Article is 90 Days after Contract Award (DACA). This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. Offers are not solicited from other than small business concerns. The Government has rights to the technical data, the data package is complete, and there are no technical data, engineering, tooling or manufacturing restrictions. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above. By U.S. Law, participation in Small Business Set Asides are restricted to U.S. small businesses, therefore foreign requests for this solicitation will not be honored. THIS ACQUISITION CONTAINS TECHNICAL DATA WHOSE EXPORT IS RESTRICTED BY THE ARMS EXPORT CONTROL ACT (TITLE 22, USC., SEC 2751 ET SEQ) OR THE EXPORT ADMINISTRATION ACT (TITLE 50, USC., APP 2401-2402) EXECUTIVE ORDER 121470. THIS INFORMATION CANNOT BE RELEASED OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES WITHOUT PRIOR APPROVAL OF THE GOVERNMENT.
