- Description
- The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Institution in Greenville, Illinois intends to issue a solicitation for the provision of Various Bread Products for the inmate population. The contract type is an indefinite delivery/requirements contract with firm-fixed unit prices. The award will be made to the responsible quoter who submits the most advantageous quote to the Government based on price related factors only. The contract period shall commence on October 01, 2010, and expire on September 30, 2011. It is estimated the contract will provide for the following: hoagie buns, hotdog buns, hamburger buns, whole wheat bread, and dinner rolls. Deliveries will be made to the Federal Correctional Institution Greenville, 100 U.S. Hwy 40 & 4th Street, Greenville, IL 62246. The solicitation will be available on or about August 16, 2010 and will be distributed solely through the General Services Administration Federal Business Opportunities website at http://www.fedbizopps.gov. The website provides all downloading instructions to obtain a copy of the solicitation. Hard copies of the solicitation will not be available. All future information concerning this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will be distributed solely through this website. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure you have the most up-to-date information about this acquisition. The anticipated date for receipt of quotes is September 03, 2010. The solicitation is unrestricted.
