- THIS IS FOR MARKET RESEARCH PURPOSES ONLY, NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE OR SOLICITATION. The Food and Drug Administration is seeking business sources, including 8(a) certified businesses, service-disabled veteran owned small businesses, HUB Zone small businesses, small disadvantaged business, veteran-owned small business, and women-owned small businesses. The government is looking to purchase an upgrade to an existing BD LSRII Flow Cytometer to add the capacity to analyze new fluorochromes, such as M-Cherry and Texas Rad with the following salient characteristics: • 150nm 532 nm laser • Replacement HeNe 633nm, 18mw laser with solid state 640nm, 40mv laser • Three photomultiper tube detectors • SCI Board • DAC Board • Optics for laser beam steering • Digitial Pre-Amp board • Bandpass and dichroic filters for user defined fluorochrome detection • Custom laser mounts • Proprietary instrument laser control software • Engineering services for upgrade design • Installation to include inside delivery, uncrating and set-up • Calibration • Warranty and technical assistance for 1 year. • Shipping and Handle to Bethesda, MD 20892 Each response should include the following Business Information: a.
