- Description
- The Orlando VA Medical Center in Orlando, FL has a requirement for a Contractor to provide Design-Build Services for the Installation of a wastewater metering system & structure to house the metering system (Project #675-10-105) per the specifications and plans to be provided via electronically at www.fbo.gov on or around August 27th, 2010. NAICS code is 237110 is applicable to this solicitation. The contractor shall furnish all labor, design, materials, equipment, supplies, and travel necessary to perform this contract. This project includes (but is not limited to) design services, general construction, electrical work, plumbing, mechanical, and other items. Awardee shall prepare drawings and specifications for Government approval prior to work in the field commencing. The contractor ™s design A/E will consider and incorporate all third party consultant comments/recommendations into the design documents prior to commencement of construction activities. The small business size standard is $33.5M. The construction cost range for this project is between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00. This procurement action is being set-aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business concerns pursuant to 38 U.S.C 8127 (d).
