- Instructions for Obtaining Certification as Qualified Government Contractor This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This requirement is set-aside as unrestricted. The NAICS Code for this synopsis/solicitation is 333314, Size Standard 500 employees. Solicitation/Purchase Requisition Number F2KBAC0140A001 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This document incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-43 effective 02 Aug 2010. The Government intends to award one contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government price and other factors considered. The Government intends to award one contract with 3 contract line item numbers: CLIN 0001 - Coated ATA Mirrors - 2 each (identical) CLIN 0002 - Coated PTA Mirrors - 2 each (identical) CLIN 0003 - Packaging and Shipping DISTRIBUTION STATEMENT D: Distribution authorized to the Department of Defense and U.S. DoD contractors only; Critical Technology 16 June 2008. In Accordance With DOD Directive 5230.25, distibution of specification sheet will be restricted to authorized contractors. (See attached instructions for obtaining certification) FOB: Destination Inspection and Acceptance: Destination The following provisions and clauses apply to this procurement: FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items. Addenda to FAR 52.212-1, 52.211-6. In accordance with the FAR 13.106-1(a)(2) offerors are notified that award will be made on the basis of price and technical suitability. FAR 52.212-3 Offeror Representations and Certification-Commercial Items, An offeror shall complete only paragraphs (b) of this provision if the offeror has completed the annual representations and certificates electronically at http://orca.bpn.gov. If an offeror has not completed the annual representations and certifications electronically at the ORCA website, the offeror shall complete only paragraphs (c) through (m) of this provision; FAR 52.212-4 Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items; FAR 52.212-5 Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Items.
