- Description
- The Orlando VA Medical Center in Orlando, FL has a requirement for a Contractor to identify all egress doors in Building 500 and provide approved hardware to install and meet Joint Commission NFPA life safety codes listed in NFPA 7.2.1.5.9.2. per the specifications and plans to be provided electronically at www.fbo.gov on or around August 27th, 2010. NAICS code is 238350 is applicable to this solicitation. The contractor shall furnish all labor, design, materials, equipment, supplies, and travel necessary to perform this contract. This project includes (but is not limited to) design services, general construction, electrical work, plumbing, mechanical, and other items. Contractor shall be required to identify doors and hardware and confirm locations and types of functions with COTR and Locksmith prior to procurement. The small business size standard is $14.0M. The construction cost range for this project is between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00. This procurement action is being set-aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business concerns pursuant to 38 U.S.C 8127 (d).
