- NSN 5960-01-437-1315, PR #0026859382, Electron Tube. This requirement is for a total quantity of 318. Item is solicited under Full and Open Competition. First Article Testing is not required. Any sources quoting must be approved on the QPL at time of award. Delivery is 318 in 180 days with any balance to be delivered at a rate of 75 each every 30 days thereafter. Inspection / Acceptance at Destination, FOB Destination to New Cumberland, PA and Tracy, CA. This solicitation is an RFP and will be available at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil on its issue date of August 26, 2010. Hard copies of this solicitation are not available, and must be downloaded from the internet site above. Solicitation will contain a 100% quantity option. Based upon market research, the Government is not using the policies contained in Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in its solicitation for the described supplies or services. However, interested persons may identify to the contracting officer their interest and capability to satisfy the Government's requirement with a commercial item within 15 days of this notice.
