- The United States Army CECOM Life Cycle Management Command (LCMC), under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) and FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source, intends to solicit and award a modification to Firm-Fixed-Price/Time and Material Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity Contract Number W15P7T-08-D-M405. This action is for the continued issuance of Delivery Orders for AN/TPQ-48V (2) Lightweight Counter Mortar Radar (LCMR) system, and Task Orders for repair, engineering, and field technical support services for the above mentioned system, with SRC Tec, Inc., 5801 E. Taft Rd, Syracuse, NY. The proposed modification will extend the ordering period from 19 September 2010 to 19 September 2011, incorporate a Cost-Plus Fixed Fee contract type line item, and include the AN/TPQ-49V (2) Upgrade LCMR system as a supported system under this contract. SRCTec possesses the proprietary data associated with these radar systems. The Government does not have detailed technical data that would enable competition for this effort.
