- MCSC intends to negotiate and award on a sole source basis in accordance with FAR 6.302-1 with Imagine That Inc., 6830 Via Del Oro, Suite 230, San Jose, CA 95119-1390. The Government has a need to procure ExtendSim Annual Maintenance. The North American Industry Classification (NAICS) Code is 511210, Software Publisher. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. No formal solicitation package is available. The Government will not be responsible for any cost incurred in responding to this notice; however, interested parties may identify their interest and capability to meet the requirements and past performance data no later than 10:00am local time on 19 August 2010. All documents should be submitted to Anna Jiles-Bedenbaugh, Contract Specialist, and Marine Corps Systems Command at anna.jiles-bedenbaug@usmc.mil. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed effort on a full and open basis is solely within the discretion of the Government. No telephone calls will be accepted.
