- Attachment II, Wage Determination Attachment I, Experieince Questionnaire SF-1449 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for the acquisition of commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in Solicitation. For contractor's convenience separately attached is SF-1449, Solicitation, Contract, Order for Commercial Items and incorporated provisions and clauses and attachments in effect through FAC 2005-43. Written proposals are due at USDA Forest Service 11 Campus Blvd, Ste 200, Newtown Square, PA 19073 ATTN: Patricia Pierce by 2:00pm on August 25, 2010. Faxed quotes will be accepted at 610-557-4224. Contractors are responsible that fax quotes reach Contracting Officer timely. All questions are to be in writing and faxed to CO by August 19, 2010.
