- This is notice that Warner Robins Air Logistics Center will issue a contract for the design and fabrication of a C-5 / TF-39 mobile engine maintenance stand system (for lower height engine dolly) prototype and three (3) option units. The proposed contract action is for supplies for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source, AllStands, Inc formally dba R&R Fabricators, CAGE Code 5CY13, in accordance with FAR 6.302. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. The determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract, based upon responses to this notice, is solely at the discretion of the Government.
