- NASA/HQ plans to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) for a Fixed Price IndefiniteDeliverable Indefinite Quantity contract with the following Commercial services: TheContractor shall provide in-classroom instructional materials for the NASA Office ofSmall Business Programs (NASA OSBP). The requirement is to design, develop, and deliverinstructor-led training addressing the following subject: NASA Small Business Program forAcquisition Personnel (SBTAP), NASA Small Business Training for Technical Personnel(SBTTP), Market Research Workshop (Computer based), NASA Source Selection Training forSmall Business and ad hoc training. The instructor-led training shall be designedfollowing the Instructional Systems Development Model.This procurement is a total Service Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business. The NAICS Code and Size Standard are 611430 and $6.5 million, respectively. The anticipated release date of RFP NNH10348111Q is on or about 08/23/2010 with ananticipated proposal due date of on or about 08/30/2010.All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency.NASA Clause 1852.215-84, Ombudsman, is applicable. The installation Ombudsman isChristopher Jedrey, NASA Headquarters, 300 E Street, SW, Washington, D.C. 20546.The solicitation and any documents related to this procurement will be available over theInternet. These documents will reside on a World-Wide Web (WWW) server, which may beaccessed using a WWW browser application.
