- The Bureau of the Public DebtThe Bureau of Public Debt, on behalf of the Department of Homeland Security Office of Inspector General intends to issue on a sole source basis, a simplified acquisition to Georgetown University, 37th and O Streets NW, Washington DC, 20057-0001, to obtain a two-year program, for a total of 8 classes, resulting in a Georgetown University Master Degree of Policy Management. The award will reference DOD Education Services Agreement W74V8H-04-H-0002. Under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, there is only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy the agency requirements at this time. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. NO SOLICITATION DOCUMENT IS AVAILABLE.
