- THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTORS CLASSIFIED AS Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses. The 50th Contracting Squadron, Schriever AFB, CO, intends to solicit for the Replace Plaza Pavements requirement. The requirement will consist of general construction, furnishing all labor, equipment, and materials to remove and replace current plaza pavement areas on Schriever AFB, CO. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 237310 Highway, Street, and Bridge Construction, and the size standard is $33.5M. The project magnitude is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. The requirement will be set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses at this time. Any responses involving teaming agreements should delineate between the work that will be accomplished by the prime and the work accomplished by the teaming partners. The Government will use this information in determining its small business set-aside decision. There is no promise of funding for all of this project's phases. Any costs incurred by the contractor in creating a proposal will not be refunded or reimbursed. A signed Hold Harmless agreement must accompany all proposal submissions. Prospective contractors may attend a site visit with the POC listed in the solicitation. Future attachments to this notice will be the SOW and solicitation. The specifications and drawings for this project are located on Compact Discs (CDs). The CDs can be requested via email from the point of contact (POC) listed below three working days in advance of desired pickup time. Pick up location is the Schriever Visitor Center. These CDs will not be made available until the solicitation is issued however they may be requested in advance and picked up the day of solicitation issuance.
