- This requirement is open for Blank Purchase Agreement (BPA) holders. The U.S. Army Reserve Contracting Center, Directorate of Contracting, Fort Buchanan, Puerto Rico has a REQUEST FOR QUOTE No. W912C3-10-Q-N067 for Lodging and Related Services for the 1st MSC FAMILY PROGRAM FUNDAMENTAL ACADEMY. The date of the event is 26-29 Aug 2010. LODGING EVENT LOCATION is PUERTO RICO. Contractor is to provide: Approximate Lodging is 130 rooms per night, Two (2) Banquet/Conference Room to accommodate 220 people, Five (5) Conference Rooms to accommodate approximate 30 people each, Meals (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner and Break Refreshments) for 215 people.
