- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is F3Z0450194AG01; this solicitation is a request for quotation. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-42 effective 16 Jul 2010; Defense DCN 20100802 effective 02 Aug 2010, and AFAC 2010-0402 effective 20 Jul 2010. This acquisition is 100% small business set-aside; The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 337122. The business size standard is 500 employees. The Federal Supply Class (FSC) is 7125. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) is 2511. CLIN 0001 - 8 SECTION WALL-MOUNT COATED LOCKER, 48w x 15-1/2d x 20h, Clear - QTY 2 EA CLIN 0002 - LIBRARY RACK: Generous book storage. Four overlapping display shelves, childrens eye level, with 12 linear feet of book display space. Constructed of solid hardwood with rounded corners for safety. The Government's obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. No legal liability on the part of the Government for any payment may arise until funds are made available to the Contracting Officer for this contract and until the Contractor receives notice of such availability, to be confirmed in writing by the Contracting Officer.
