- SF-18 Request for Quotation (Pole Building - ATF Fire Research Lab) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This attached Request for Quotation (RFQ) document incorporates those provisions and clauses which are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-42. The RFQ number associated with this combined Synopsis/Solicitation notice is DJA10S000081. The Government anticipates a firm-fixed price award as a result of this notice. The NAICS code for this requirement is 423310 and a size standard of 100 employees. This requirement is being solicited as a 100% small business set-aside. Description of Service: The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives' Fire Research Laboratory in Ammendale, MD has a requirement for a Pole Building in accordance with the attached RFQ. The anticipated period of performance for this requirement is date of award through and including 90 days. All prospective companies must be located in Maryland, Virginia, District of Columbia, or Pennsylvania. All questions regarding this solicitation must be submitted in writing and sent via email to Amanda Boshears at amanda.boshears@atf.gov and must reference the above solicitation number. All questions must be received by 2PM on Monday, August 16, 2010. Questions received after the stated time will not be accepted. Telephonic requests or inquiries will not be accepted. All quotations must be submitted via email in accordance with Section L.1 of the attached RFQ to Amanda Boshears at amanda.boshears@atf.gov or via facsimile to 202-648-9659, ATTN: Amanda M. Boshears. All quotations must be received by 5:00PM EDT on Wednesday, August 18, 2010. Quotations received after the stated time will not be accepted. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which will be considered. All quotes shall include the following company administrative data: (1) Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) Code; (2) Data Universal Numbering Systems (DUNS) and (3) Online Representations and Certifications (ORCA). By submission of a quotation, the company acknowledges the Government's requirement that a prospective awardee must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database prior to any award resulting from this RFQ.
