- Banner Armed Forces Seals American Flag Banner Banner and Bracket Rending Drawing of Banner/Bracket Locations Statement of Work, 3 Aug 10 1. The Government has a requirement to procure 116 digitally printed banners and 58 brackets to hold the banners on 58 light poles along Aspen Street as well as installation and maintenance of these items at Buckley AFB, Colorado in accordance with attached Statement of Work (SOW) dated 3 Aug 10. Upon review of industry response to this Sources Sought, the Government will determine whether a set-aside acquisition in lieu of full and open competition is in the Government's best interest. The required acquisition is commercial in nature; therefore, FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items shall apply to this acquisition. 2. Set Aside: TBD, however, anticipate 100% small business or some other category thereof. 3. NAICS Code: TBD, anticipate 323115 [Digital Printing (e.g. billboards, other large format graphic materials)]. If you believe another code is more applicable based on the SOW, please indicate and state your justification with your reply. 4. THIS SOURCES SOUGHT IS PUBLISHED FOR MARKET RESEARCH PURPOSES ONLY. 5. Note, this is not a request to be placed on a solicitation mailing list, nor is it a request for proposal, or an announcement of a solicitiation. 6. All questions or comments must be emailed to Contract Administrator, Bob Tomlinson, robert.tomlinson@buckley.af.mil by 19 Aug 10. Telephone and other means or oral communication shall not be permitted. 7. Responses should include: (a) Company name, address, point of contact, phone/fax/email, and business size and status of company size, certifications, i.e., 8(a), HUBZone, SDVOSB, small business, etc., as well as DUNS Number and Cage Code. (b) Proof of experience and capability of meeting requirements of SOW. Capability statements will not be accepted after the due date. No facsimile transmissions will be accepted. CAPABILITY STATEMENTS MUST DEMONSTRATE THE MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS OUTLINED in SOW. (c) NAICS info, if applicable (reference paragraph 3 above). 8. The Government will not pay for any material provided in response to this market survey nor return the data provided. 9. All interested parties should respond by 1:00 pm, 19 Aug 10 (MST) to Bob Tomlinson, robert.tomlinson@buckley.af.mil.
