- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This requirement is set-aside for small business only. The NAICS Code for this synopsis/solicitation is 334419, Size Standard 500 employees. Solicitation/Purchase Request number F2KBAB0190A003 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This document incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular Fac 2005-43, effective 2 Aug 10. The Government intends to award: CLIN 0001 34 to 35 GHz: WR28 Brass 55 psi Capable. - 1 - 50 dB Coupler; 1 Load; 1 - 36 inch Straights; 1 - 24 inch Straights; 1 - 12 inch Straights; 1 - 24 inch Flex Section; 1 - 24 dBi Horn; 1 - 90 deg Twist; 2 - 45 deg E-bend; 2 - 45 deg H-bend. QUANTITY: 1 UNIT OF MEASURE: EA DESIRED DELIVERY DATE: 30 Days ARO FOB: DESTINATION. Inspection and acceptance: DESTINATION.
