- 52.212-5 FAR 52.212-3 Statement of Work SF 1449 Solicitation/Order for Commercial Item HSCEDM-10-Q-00030 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) is requesting a quotation for Uniform Rental (rental and cleaning), CLIN 0001 - Industrial Shirt, Navy Blue, 4.5 oz. Poplin, 65% Cotton, 35% Polyester, Short Sleeve, Collar, button down, one pocket, 12 Employees each @ 6 shirts/week = 72 Shirts weekly, 52 weeks/year; CLIN 0002 - Industrial Pant, Navy Blue, 7.5 oz. Twill, 65% Cotton, 35% Polyester, Long Trousers, zipper front, four pocket, 12 employees each @ 6 pants/week = 72 Pants weekly, 52 weeks/year; CLIN 0003 -Shop Towels, Blue, 8' X 8', 100% Cotton, 150/week, 52 weeks/year; CLIN 0004 - Floor Mats, Charcoal, 3' X 5', 5 per week, 52 weeks/year; CLIN 0005 - Foam Soap, 27 ounce packets, Restrooms, 2/week, 52 weeks/year; CLIN 0006 - Cloth Roll Towel & Dispenser (Restrooms) 1 Roll/week, 52 weeks/year; CLIN 0007 - Funds for replacement of items that are lost or damaged beyond repair (Not to Exceed $1,000.00). The Offeror shall indicate in his quote the replacement value for any damaged or lost uniform items in CLINs 0001, 0002, 0004, and 0005 and subsequent Option Line Items.. Deliver items weekly to 1115 N. Imperial Ave., El Centro, CA 92243. The contractor shall furnish all labor, supplies, supervision, materials, equipment, and transportation to provide these Items. Contractors must be able to meet the Government requirements attached herein. Period of performance is to begin October 1, 2010 through September 30, 2011 for the base year, with four additional one year options. Please use the attached Standard Form 1449 for submitting prices. The Government will award on an all or none basis. FAR 52.212-2 Evaluation-Commercial Items applies with evaluation factor of: (1) Lowest price technically acceptable. Offerors will complete the information in 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items, and submit their representation and certifications via ORCA at http://orca.bpn.gov in response to this RFQ. The Offeror may obtain the full text of the clauses electronically at web site http://www.arnet.gov/far. Request for Quotation incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-43. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 812332: Size Standard is $13.0 mil average annual sales. This requirement is 100% set-aside for Small Business. The Closing date or response date for this synopsis/quotation is August 26, 2010 at 3:00pm, Pacific Time. Only e-mail or fax responses will be accepted.
