- IT hardware and software maintenance for IBML-2 Hardware, IBML-3 software, and unclassified and classified ExportTrac Maintenance Support Services. This is a solicitation for IBML IT-3 hardware monthly maintenance support services prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This solicitation will be issued via SF 1449. Solicitation number FA3300-10-T-0036 is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) using Simplified Acquisition Procedures FAR Part 13.5 Test Program for Certain Commercial Items. The following services are required: (1) Unclassified and Classified ExportTrac Maintenance. (2) IBML IT-3 hardware monthly maintenance support. (3) SoftTrac IT-3 software monthly maintenance support. Quotes must be complete, self-sufficient, and respond directly to the requirement of the RFQ. The period of performance is 1 Oct 2010 - 30 Sep 2011. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 811212. The Small Business Size Standard is $25 Million. Paper copies will not be available. You may download the solicitation and submit your quote as required in the solicitation. Electronic mail and fax requests for the solicitation will be honored. All prospective Offerors interested in submitting a quote must have a commercial and government entity code (CAGE Code).
