- THIS NOTICE CONSTITUTES AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO THE COMBINED SYNOPSIS/RFQ FOR VHF-UHFRADIO TRANSCEIVERS. Companies shall acknowledge all amendment(s) in their quote.
