- Description
- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The Phoenix Area Indian Health Service (IHS) proposes to make a non-competitive award to Indian Walk-In Center, Inc., for the continuation of services to provide culturally sensitive alcohol and substance abuse treatment services to adult Native Americans and Alaskan Natives in accordance with the statement of work, within the metropolitan Salt Lake City, Utah area. This contract award is made pursuant to Public Law 94-437, the Indian Health Care Improvement Act, Title V (IHCIA) codified at 25 U.S.C. § 1651 et.seq., as authorized in the contract renewal provision for an existing contract under Section §505. The Class Justification for Other Than Full and Open Competition was approved 22 August 2008. No other proposals will be accepted.
