- Solicitation number, SPM4A6-10-R-0917, IQC10117009057, Stock Number, 5365-00-141-5640, Ring, Mating Seal. Solicitation is Hubzone Set-Aside. Only offers from Hubzone Manufacturers or Hubzone dealers furnishing a Hubzone Manufactured Product will be considered. Surge and Sustainment are not applicable to the NSN. NSN is Non-Commercial and not Critical Safety Item. NSN is a Critical Application Item, High Level Contract Quality, Configuration Control, Measurement and Test Equipment, Product Verification Testing applies and Government First Article (FAT)/Preproduction Government Testing required. Approved sources of supply are: Union Machine Company of Lynn, Cage Code: 51992, Aircraft Precision Products, Inc. Cage Code: 97123, and General Electric Company, Cage Code 99207. Part number for the three (3) approved sources listed supply the same Part Number: 4018T16P04. The solicitation will result in Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for one year plus for (4) option years. The Estimated Annual Demand (EAD) for the base year and for each option year is 168 each. The Guaranteed Minimum quantity for the base year and each option year is 42 each. The Guaranteed Maximum quantity for the base year and each option year is 168 each. The Maximum Annual Contract Quantity is 336 each. FOB is Destination with Inspection and Acceptance at Origin for all stock locations within the Continental United States (CONUS). Requested delivery is 87 days if FAT is waived or 402 if FAT is required. Automated Best Value System applies. The final contract award decision may be based upon Price, Past Performance, and other Evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
