Description
Please provide a price quote for the following items 1) 1 each catalog # 70-6350 Corona Charged Aerosol Detector with Accessories. 2) 1 each catalog # 70-8285 Gas Conditioning Module. 3) 1 each catalog # 70-8189 on-site verification and certification. 4) 1 each catalog # 70-7363 Validation Kit for Corona CAD. 5) 1 each catalog # 300008 Service install Modules. 6) 1 each cataolg# 068126 Nitrogen Gas Module. Specificatons: 1. Must be able to create charged aerosol from any HPLC stream and convert it to an analytical signal with low background noise (at least <10% of the signal at the lowest concentration) and high signal to noise response 2. Must be amenable/useable for thermally labile analytes like proteins and DNA 3. Must be capable of detecting molecules ranging in composition and size from proteins and polymers (at least 50kD or larger) to small molecules like amino acids, lipids and sugars (glucose, sucrose) 4. Must be able to use nitrogenous mobile phase like acetonitrile and HEPES buffer. 5. Must provide low RSD (relative standard deviation) reproducibility of <2% for replicate samples 6. Must have a dynamic range of greater than 4 orders of magnitude for most analytes 7. Must have sensitivity less than or equal to 50 ngs for most analytes 8. The catalog numbers listed are from Dionex. 9. Offerors are requested to quote on the item as specified or an equivalent 10. "Equivalent" offers shall provide complete specifications and/or descriptive literature for any alternates offered, stating catalog number, manufacturer, packaging. Offerors are requested to indicate any differences from the specifications listed. Failure to provide complete information may cause offer to be non-responsive 11. Warranty period shall be ______ months, including parts, labor and travel 12. All offers must be F.O.B. destination 13. Any shipping charges must be identified and listed on the response for evaluation. 14. Freight over $250.00. If any freight charge exceed $250.00 a separate invoice must be sent.
