- Knowledge J&A JA-10-0167 This Justification and Approval is for Other than Full and Open Competition. The National Capital Region Contracting Center is exercising the Option to Extend Services in accordance with FAR 52.217-8 under contract W91QUZ-05-C-0013 with Knowledge Connections, Inc. The Government can extend the option for up to six (6) months in accordance with FAR 52.217-8. The Government is extending services effective August 1, 2010 through January 31, 2011. See the attached Justification and Approval for other than full and open competition, control number JA-10-0167 for details.
