- Control Assembly; System: CH-47 INPUT/OUTPUT NSN: 1660-01-115-3636 INPUT/OUTPUT P/N: B65C30 QUANTITY: MIN 10 MAX 360 FMS QUANTITY: 60 The proposed contractual action will be a full and open competition, Five (5) year, firm fixed price Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type contract. The listed NSN is not a Critical Safety Item (CSI). Maintenance and Overhaul shall be done in accordance with Depot Maintenance Work (DMWR) 55-1680-225 dated 15 December 1986, change number C3 to include all applicable Maintenance Engineering Orders (MEOs) and AMCOM Engineering Directives (AEDs). It has been determined that the Governments needs cannot be met by items available in the commercial marketplace; therefore, FAR Part 12 will not be used. Product Verification Audit (PVA) is required. The contractor shall furnish all depot level labor, facilities, tools, test equipment, materials for the Maintenance and Overhaul of this item. No telephone requests for solicitation will be accepted. Request for solicitation will be by fax or mailed. You may mail your request to Deanna Collins, CCAM-AL-M, Bldg 5303, 2nd Floor, Redstone Arsenal, AL 35898-5000; fax number 256-955-9237. Proposals will only be accepted by mail. No datafax or emails will be accepted for proposals. This requirement is currently unfunded. Award will be withheld pending receipt of sufficient funds. The closing date annotated is an estimate date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release of the solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the closing date stated above.
