- Description
- The US Army RDECOM Acquisition Center, Natick Contracting Division, has a requirement to purchase spare and replacement parts for the Multi Temperature Refrigerated Container System (MTRCS). The Government intends to modify the current Firm Fixed Price Contract with DRS-ES located in Florence, KY. This acquisition will be issued using Other Than Full and Open Competition under FAR 6.302-1(a) (2) (iii). The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 333415. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) Code is 750. Delivery shall be F.O.B. Origin and inspection and acceptance shall be at origin by the cognizant receiving authority. Period of Performance will be 90 days after modification execution for spare and replacement parts and 30 days after modification execution for the refrigeration unit.
