- This is a synopsis for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information includedin this notice. SPM4A510R1038, NSN 2840990006339, PR 0025447869, NOZZLE, GAS TURBINE, P/N 82403726. This is a critical application item and configuration control applies. The only approved source for this item is Goodrich Control Systems Cage K4358. Any manufacturer, other than the approved source, wishing tosubmit a proposal for this item must submit a source approval request(SAR) package. Solicitation will be for a firm fixed price quantity of 34 ea. FOB Origin. Inspection/Acceptance: Origin. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. All pieces are to be delivered in 271 DARO or best possible delivery. Solicitation issue date is anticipated to be 08/11/2010, with a closing date of 08/23/2010. The provision at 52.2112-1, Instructions to Offerors -- Commercial, applies to this acquisition and a statement regarding any addenda to the provision. The provision at 52.212-2 regarding Evaluation of Commercial Items is applicable. All offerors must include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications - Commercial Items,with its offer. The clause at 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions --Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. The clause at 52.212-5 Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders -- Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition and a statement regarding which, if any, of the additional FAR clauses cited in the clause are applicable to the acquisition. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Internet Bid Board System(https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil) on the issue date cited above. A paper copyof this solicitation will not be available to requestors. Effective June 1, 1998, in order to receive an award, regardless of dollar value, you must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR).
