- Description
- The Naval Education and Training Command (NETC) has a requirement for the expansion of undergraduate level courses and support provided by Saint Leo University of Saint Leo, FL under Purchase Order N00189-09-P-Z999. Saint Leo University provides this support via distance learning and video tele-training methods at various military installations worldwide. The requirement includes enhancement of current capabilities in those areas. Saint Leo University will be required to provide qualified personnel, supervision, management, equipment, network infrastructure, supplies, opeation and maintenance to provide distance learning support at various locations. This requirement is in direct support of NETC's Voluntary Education Program. FISC NORVA Philadelphia Division intends to issue a Request for Quotations to Saint Leo University on a sole source basis. Placement of a firm-fixed priced modification to the aforementioned Purchase Order is anticipated. Numbered Note 22 applies.
