- Description
- This is a large purchase buy for NSN: 4820-01-199-0310. Specifications, plans or drawings are not available from the Government. This acquisition is for supplies for which the Government does not possess complete, unrestrictive technical data; therefore, the Government intends to solicit and contract with only approved sources under the authority of 10 USC 2304(c)(1). Current approved manufacturer is Transdigm dba Aerocontrolex, (81833), P/N: 7C2E-120100. This solicitation opens on 8/30/10 and closes on 9/30/10. This requirement is for a quantity of 122 each. Proposed procurement does contain a 100% option for increased quantities up to 244. The Government’s requested delivery time is 220 days ARO. FOB point, and inspection/acceptance are all at origin. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based on a combination of price, delivery, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote which shall be considered. See Notes 12, 22, and 26. Type set aside: UNRESTRICTED
