Solicitation Number: W9124L-10-T-0165 Set-Aside Code: No Set Aside Used Response Date: 08/20/20010 Place of Performance: Various Chapels/Facilites at Fort Sill, Oklahoma Description: The Contractor shall provide all plant, equipment, transportation, tools, materials, personnel and quality control required to provide Catholic Priest Services at Fort Sill, OK. The Priest shall provide two (2) confessional periods of 30 minutes for Soldiers and Family members prior to or following weekend services for a total of 92 confessional periods. Confessional periods shall be scheduled by the Fort Sill Senior Catholic Chaplain and/or Fort Sill Command Chaplain, or Chaplain Resource Manager prior to any of the scheduled services. The priest shall also provide a total of 104 masses during the fiscal year, as scheduled by the Senior Catholic Chaplain and/or Fort Sill Command Chaplain, or Chaplain Resource Manager prior to any scheduled services. These confessions and Masses shall be scheduled at any of the times and places following: (a) Frontier Chapel Center: Saturday 1730 (b) Frontier Chapel Center: Sunday 0930 (c) Grierson Hill Chapel: Sunday 1100 (d) FATC: Sunday 0800 This solicitation is for commercial items prepared in accordance with (IAW) FAR 12.6. The NAICS Code is 813110. Size standard is $7.0 Million. The resulting contract will be a 12 month Base Period, (1 October 2010 or date of award, whichever is later, through 30 September 2011), with four 12 month option periods. The Government does not intend to make multiple awards. Award will be made based upon the best value to the Government IAW FAR 13.106-2(b). The Government contemplates award of a firm-fixed price contract. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered. The Government will evaluate offers in response to this request and award a purchase order/contract to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to this request, will be most advantageous to the Government considering price and other factors (e.g., past performance, delivery, socio-economic status and/or quality). Award will be made based upon the best value to the Government in accordance with procedures in FAR 8.405-5(b) and/or FAR 13.106-2(b). The solicitation will be issued on or about August 17, 2010. Offers are due no later than 4:00 p.m., August 20, 2007. Offerors agree to hold prices firm for 60 days after the date specified for receipt of offers.
