- BSM PR 0027165312. This is a Firm Fixed Price Contract solicitation for one NSN. This solicitation will consist of the following NSN: 1615-01-459-7960, Detector, Metallic P, IAW Sikorsky Aircraft (CAGE 78286) part number 70351-08249-104 and Eaton Aerospace LLC (CAGE 97484) part number G5034D. FOB Destination. This is not a Critical Safety Item. It is a stock buy. Origin Inspection is required. Requested delivery is 137 days ARO or best possible for the production units. This procurement is being solicited as an unrestricted procurement. Automated Best Value System (ABVS) applies. Other Than Full and Open competition applies. This is a Critical Application Item and Configuration Control applies. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. A paper copy of this Solicitation will not be available to requestors. Anticipated issue date is August 26, 2010. The solicitation will be posted on DIBBS at http://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil and will close on or about September 27, 2010.
