- TITLE: 1680; BELL CRANK; WSIC L PR: 0025104718, ISSUE DATE: 26 AUG 2010; CLOSING DATE: 28 SEP 2010 NSN: 1680-01-573-4669; PR: 0025104718; Item: Bell Crank; P/N: 200925095-30. This procurement is suitable for competitive acquisition and requires a class 1A casting or forging. This solicitation will result in an 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE (SBSA) Firm Fixed Price contract for 226 each. This is a Critical Safety Item and a Critical Application Item. This item is subject to Export Control and Configuration Control. Government First Article Testing (FAT) applies. The following terms apply: FOB DESTINATION; Inspection / Acceptance ORIGIN. Delivery for this procurement will be DLA DIRECT (STOCK) ship to: New Cumberland, PA 17070. The First Article is due 186 days from date of award (DARO). Production delivery will be 186 days after first article acceptance (DAFAA). Automated Best Value System (ABVS) and Past Performance Automated System (PPIRS_SR) apply. Price, Past Performance and Delivery will be equally weighted. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. This request is for a written quote. Please submit offers in writing. The solicitation issue date will be August 26, 2010 with a closing date of September 27, 2010. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DIBBS Website https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ on the issue date cited in the RFP.
