- J&A 6.302-1 This effort is to provide Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) engineering support services for the USN's T-34, T-44, T-6, and C-12 aircraft platforms. Engineering support services procured under this acquisition will assist the USN with in-service engineering support. This support includes but is not limited to the following: Engineering support services, sustaining engineering services and Fatigue Appraisal and Structural Tracking (FAST). Sustaining engineering services shall include on-site technical assistance, maintenance inspections and modifications, Engineering Investigations (EI), Safety Investigations, engineering studies, and analyses. FAST shall include the establishment and update of aircraft Fatigue Life Expended (FLE) Inspections Threshold and Crack Growth Rates to insure continued structural integrity of each aircraft.
